That was cool.
I just read the newsletter, and it was a good year for animation, and it shows a lot of promise. Now, to just get this writer's strike wrapped up so people can offer new animators like me some work. :D
However, IMO, on the Saturday morning cartoon thing, I think along with video games and the fact that kids generally stay up later and later anymore is why so many kids aren't watching saturday morning cartoons like they used to. I remember getting up early when I was a kid, but most of the people I know and have talked to, their kids won't get up until 9 am or later, and saturday morning programming usually ends around 11 am.
