Very cool stuff. Stuff that I see myself doing, in terms of preparation and actual animation, as well as stuff and ideas that I can incorporate into my own workflow.

Plan it out in detail..yeah.. That's really imortant I think.
Animation layer! I love it!
In 3DS MAX, there is animation layer for character studio.
It is really easy to add some subtle movement or change poses on the top of animation. Highend3d.com There is one Mel script that creat a chennel which has similar function like animation layer.
I really want maya has the animation layer someday.
